What is charged, to whom, and when.

No price list here — rates are set per territory and confirmed in conversation. This is the structure underneath: what triggers a charge, and who it falls on.

The tariff.

Platform subscription: WhenMonthly or yearly
Grants access to the platform and to dispatching with your own couriers.
Per-delivery fee: WhenOnly on freelance deliveries
Charged when you draw on the freelance network. Deliveries made by your own couriers carry no per-delivery fee.
Commission per delivery: WhenDeducted from earnings
Applies to freelance deliveries. Company-employed couriers are paid by their employer and pay no commission on their assigned work.
One-time sign-up fee: WhenOn joining
Covers identity verification and onboarding.
Regional revenue share: WhenOngoing
Franchise operators earn from subscriptions and deliveries within their territory. Terms are agreed per territory.

Settlement

Payments are processed by Stripe. Retailers hold a wallet balance that must stay positive to draw on the freelance network.
Courier earnings are paid out weekly.
Cash-on-delivery orders settle courier-to-retailer up front; the courier collects from the customer at the door.
