Step by step.

Get verified
Register, submit identity documents, and register your vehicle. Freelancers pay a one-time sign-up fee that covers verification.
- 02
Accept a job
Jobs in your zone are offered to you. Accepting one releases the customer's contact details for that delivery only. You can hold multiple orders from the same restaurant.

Confirm pickup
Confirm collection to start the delivery. From this point, cancelling makes you responsible for the full order value.
- 04
Follow the route
The app routes you with live traffic. Significant deviation from the route raises an alert.
- 05
Photograph the delivery
Photograph the order at the customer's door. On a cash order, collect payment — you have already settled with the retailer.
- 06
Get paid
Earnings accrue with commission and any deductions shown per delivery, and pay out weekly.
