   Verify couriers and grow enough freelance capacity that your retailers are never stuck without one.

   Handle what goes wrong

   Late deliveries, disputes, and refund claims in your region come to you. The evidence — logs, GPS, proof photographs — is already gathered.

   Watch the region

   Regional earnings, delivery performance, and courier reliability, so you know which of the two sides needs attention.
